In Japan, towels used to be called "yokkin".
We combined this good old-sounding word with the name of Imabari, the largest towel production area in Japan, and named the product "Imabari Yokkin".
The name "Imabari Yokkin" was chosen to express our wish to pass on the 140-year history and traditional techniques of Imabari Towel to the modern age.
