When will my order be shipped?

Once we receive your order, we will process it and ship it from Japan as soon as possible.
Our policy is to ship your order in 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will take longer to ship than orders placed on weekdays.
Orders may not be shipped if the information required for the shipping process is incomplete. Once complete information has been provided, shipping schedules will depend on actual conditions at the time.

 

How are taxes calculated?

The amount you pay us at the time of purchase does not include local customs duties and VAT. Whether or not these taxes are added to your purchase depends on the local customs authorities.
These duties and VAT taxes are created by the local customs authorities and are applied based on the product's classification and country of manufacture. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area.
Please check the shipping cost after entering the delivery address when you make a purchase.

 

Can I ship two or more items separately to different locations?

Sorry, all items in an order must be sent to a single address. However, if you wish to send items to more than one location, you may place
separate orders.

 

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

We are sorry, but we do not offer that service at this time.
