Shipping policy

All international orders are shipped via air freight from Japan. Shipping fees are determined automatically at checkout according to the package weight to ensure the most accurate rates.

We usually ship within one week after receiving payment.
However, there may be a delay if we do not have the item in stock or during busy periods.
We will ship from Japan to your country and you will receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks from the time of shipment.

Delivery will be made by courier processing (major shipping company EMS).
