After receiving the product, please check "whether the product is defective" and "whether it matches the contents of the order".

Please note that the imabari yokkin global store is located in Japan, so after you place an order from Japan via the website, the products will be shipped from Japan.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons after delivery.



About the Exchange

Merchandise undergoes a rigorous quality inspection prior to shipment. If there is any natural damage to the merchandise, if the merchandise is defective, or if the merchandise is incorrect, the merchandise will be replaced.

Please Contact Us Please contact us as soon as possible within 10 days of receiving the product, or call us if you determine that an exchange is necessary. After we confirm the details of your order, we will prepare a replacement product for your peace of mind.

However, if the product is out of stock, we will refund your money.



Notes on returning replacement items

Due to the nature of the material, towel products may have slight variations from the dimensions listed on the product page. Please understand this beforehand.
When returning the product, please return it in the same condition as when it was delivered.
All items eligible for exchange must be new and unused, and must be returned in all original packaging. Whether or not an item can be exchanged depends on the condition of the item at the time of purchase.


Returns for Customer Convenience

All products delivered are non-refundable, except in the case of the above-mentioned defective replacement item being out of stock.

However, in the case of other cancellations or refunds for the customer's convenience, we will deduct the shipping and other fees incurred as appropriate. Refunds will be made within 2 weeks after we confirm that the item(s) you wish to return have arrived at our Japanese warehouse and that there is no error in the item(s).

Please note that imabariyokkin-global does not levy customs duties or consumption taxes in the destination country. Therefore, we cannot refund customs duties and consumption taxes paid by the customer. Please contact your local tax office for more details.



Refunds

Credit card refunds will be based on the amount on the statement.
